The fee covers your cruise cabin (by category), all training sessions, materials, and your certificate. Contact us for detailed pricing and Early Bird rates by cabin type.
Who can register?
This bootcamp is exclusively available to active The Best Rate Insurance agents with a valid Agent ID.
Morning sessions run 8 AM – 12 PM in dedicated conference facilities. Afternoons are for excursions, team activities, and networking. Port days have lighter schedules.
A passport valid for at least 6 months, visa if required, business-casual attire for sessions, and casual/beach wear for shore excursions. A full packing list is sent after registration.
Cancellations 90+ days out: 80% refund. 60–90 days: 50% refund. Under 60 days: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
Yes — after registering, our team will provide guidance on flights into Houston (IAH or HOU) and pre-cruise hotel options in Galveston.
